The full Precision range is manufactured to be of export quality, with some items even carrying ISO9002 compliance. Products are engineered to the highest standards and extensively tested before becoming available to the public. Throttle Bodies The Precision range of Throttle Bodies has been designed to meet most vehicle applications and available on their own or as pre-packaged kits. The �Single Series' is a single individual throttle body made of �automotive quality' plastic, designed to handle high heat conditions typically found in inlet manifold applications. Due to its singular design, this throttle body is the most versatile in our range, because it can be use in any number of combinations. It is manufactured in the most popular 45mm bore size and includes one injector position. It is ideal for 4, 5, 6, V6 8, V8, V10 and V12 cylinder applications. Manifolds Inlet manifolds are sourced locally from top manufacturers for the most common types of engines used for modifications in South Africa. New manifolds designs are being manufactured for more modern vehicles as the demand for modifications on these engines become more popular, such as the Honda Vtec. Ram Tubes Precision ram tubes are manufactured from rolled aluminium with special attention to the flairing of the tube to maximise air speed and distribution. Unlike most ram tubes, our unique design has the flange separate to the tube, which allows for the tube length to be altered by cutting it. This helps in getting the right overall length of the complete intake system, without replacing ram tubes, as well as being very convenient when space is limited in the engine bay. Flanges are manufactured for a DCOE application, which means they can be used with Side Draft carburettors, but also manufactured for Toyota Rsi and M3 Throttle body applications. Tube diameters are available in 42, 45, 45mm and tube length ranges from 100mm to 60mm. There is also the more conventional ram tubes available in 40 and 50mm lengths, for those really tigh applications. Accessories Accessories include a universal accelerator linkage kit that has been designed to fit almost any application with little modification, and at an affordable price. Fuel rails are manufactured in aluminium with an easy bolt-on design to fit conveniently on our �Individual� and �Pro Series�.
